Before leaving the house, please carefully check whether the tilt windows in the bathroom on the upper floor are properly closed to prevent rainwater from entering and to ensure the safety of the house.

During the night:
Before going to bed, it is important to close the tilt windows in the bathroom on the upper floor.
This minimizes the risk of water damage from rain during the night and contributes to the safety of the house.

Waste disposal

Dear guests, we would like to inform you that we are currently working on regulations for waste disposal. We appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter.
For guests staying for up to 3 days, we kindly ask you to leave the garbage in the apartment. Our cleaning staff will take care of the disposal.
For guests staying for more than 3 days, we kindly request that you personally arrange waste disposal with us. You can contact us by phone, email, or through messages on Booking or Airbnb. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
