Check-in at our vacation rental is possible from 4:00 PM onwards. Please note that we may need time to clean and prepare the apartment after the previous guests.
However, if you arrive earlier and the apartment is already ready for occupancy, we will be happy to welcome you.

House rules
- Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is no later than 11:00 AM. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleaning are liable for all resulting costs and expenses.
- Guests are not allowed to make reservations within their own locality. Please contact us if you wish to book within your own residence area.
- Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not permitted, including on balconies or in common areas (e.g., hallways). Violations of the smoking policy will incur a fee of €250 plus the costs of special cleaning and damage repair.
- Commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
- Guests exceeding the number specified in the reservation are not allowed. We charge €30 per night for each unauthorized guest.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Guests are responsible and liable for costs to replace lost keys, key cards, remote controls, or parking permits.
- Noise level measurement systems may be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive noise. Video surveillance may be installed in public areas.
- Guests are fully responsible and liable for damages or losses to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damages to us.
- Booking a reservation implies agreement to abide by the house rules. Guests failing to comply with the house rules are liable for all resulting damages, fees, costs, or expenses. Non-compliance may result in immediate reservation cancellation and eviction from the apartment without refund.
